Code of Conduct
Merlis Belsher Place is committed to providing a safe environment for all guests to experience!
As a guest to our facility, you are expected to maintain reasonable and appropriate behaviour at all times.
Guests who fail to comply with Merlis Belsher Place's Code of Conduct are subject to ejection.
We want all our guest to enjoy their visit! If at anytime you cannot enjoy the event to its fullest, please speak with any Merlis Belsher Place staff member.
Guests shall present their purchased ticket when requested and sit in their ticket location.
Guests who drink alcoholic beverages shall do so in a responsible manner.
Guests shall comply with direction and instruction of Event Staff.
Guests shall not willfully or maliciously disturb a guest/employee with a loud unreasonable noise and shall not interfere in other guests' enjoyment of the event (verbal or physical harassment).
Any other conduct deemed by Merlis Belsher Place to be inappropriate to the peace and good order of events, or which may adversely affect the safety of persons or property, will be handled immediately by our staff.
Guests shall not smoke, vape, or use tobacco products within Merlis Belsher Place.
Guests shall never enter the playing or performance area, or interfere with the event in any fashion.
Guests shall be respectful of all other guests, fans, participants, referees, entertainers, athletes, facility staff, and facility property.
Guests shall refrain from using offensive language, making obscene gestures, throwing objects, and possessing prohibited items.
